
Brussels. 20/02/2025. The first in-person consortium meeting of the 5G-DiGITs project has concluded successfully. The twelve project partners met in Athens, Greece, on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th of February at the headquarters of Envolve Entrepreneurship, the project’s lead entity. Over these two days of intensive work, partners presented the progress of each work package and defined the next steps to ensure the project’s effective implementation.
The meeting was crucial for strengthening collaboration among partners and establishing a coordinated framework to achieve the objectives of 5G-DiGITs. It provided an opportunity to exchange ideas, review progress, and align strategies to ensure the smooth development of each work package.

During the sessions, the consortium outlined the project’s work schedule for the coming months and defined key milestones. Partners shared insights and suggestions to optimize the implementation of the project and enhance collaboration among participating entities. The communication and dissemination strategy was presented, focusing on promoting the project’s progress across Europe, and the first Brokerage Event was confirmed to take place in Dublin in May, organized by F6S, bringing together key stakeholders in the 5G ecosystem.
The meeting began with the presentation of project management, coordination, and evaluation, led by Envolve. Throughout the first day, discussions focused on joint curriculum development and acceleration and entrepreneurship programs. The second day covered knowledge exchange and collaboration, the communication and dissemination strategy presented by Finnova, and continuous education programs outlined by Karlstads Universitet and Inercia Digital.
