Brussels, 12th June 2025. The European project 5G-DiGITs, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, was showcased as a flagship initiative during the international event organised by the Finnova Foundation under the framework of the EduDemoS project. Held on 10 June, the event brought together representatives from the European Commission, regional authorities, educational centres, sustainability experts and students from across Europe to discuss the strategic role of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in the twin green and digital transitions.
As part of the session dedicated to innovative European projects, 5G-DiGITs was presented by Yolanda Durán , Communication Officer at Finnova and leader of the project’s communication work package. Her presentation highlighted how the initiative supports the development of advanced digital and green skills to ensure a sustainable and connected Europe.
