5G-DiGITs promotes technological education for peace and sustainability during theInternational Week of Science and Peace

Brussels, 11 November 2025. As part of the International Week of Science and
Peace, the European project 5G-DiGITs reaffirms its commitment to open science and
technology education aimed at social well-being, sustainability, and international
cooperation.
During the third consortium meeting, held on 22 October in Malta, the partners of 5G-
DiGITs presented progress on Work Package 3 (WP3), focused on designing and
validating training courses in emerging deep technologies.
At the meeting, Javier García, Project Coordinator at Inercia Digital, emphasised:
“The courses developed by the 5G-DiGITs project will offer advanced training in emerging
deep technologies. They will provide practical learning in 5G, Native Artificial
Intelligence, IoT, and sustainable digital technologies for professionals seeking to lead
the digital and green transformation.”
